Olly & Matt work tirelessly to produce fresh, interesting and flavourful dishes using the best of British suppliers - local where possible. Most of the meat comes via Bonners of Ilminster, much of which is reared in the fields around the pub. Fish is direct from St Mawes in Cornwall and the mornings land can often be seen arriving in Knapp just before dinner service. Longman's provide the milk, cheese and cream.
